Secondary Suite introduces a powerful feature that allows you to seamlessly interact with your contacts directly from within the platform.
You can send emails and receive feedback in the same interface, eliminating the need to switch between tools and ensuring efficient communication.
This feature lets you send multiple emails with a single click, each personalized for its recipient.
The main purpose of this feature is to help you find a buyer or seller for an order you added.
For example, let's say you have a new bid for SpaceX:
- You add a new buy order.
- View all existing sell orders for that company.
- Sort relevant results by date, price, volume, and structure.
- Mark the ones that look relevant.
- Press "Send email to all selected orders."
- Quickly review the emails to ensure you want to include them all in the outreach.
- You may add other emails at this stage.
- Write your email.
- Review.
- You can send a test email to make sure that all looks good and save this email as a template for future use.
- Send the emails.
You can start an outreach directly from the contacts page:
- Easily search and sort to find the contacts you want to send an email to.
- Mark the relevant ones.
- Click the red "Send emails to selected contacts" button.
- And continue as before.
After sending the emails, you can easily monitor responses within the platform, giving you a clear overview of all relevant open dialogues, sorted by topic, company, or date.
Responses are beautifully integrated into your order book, ensuring every update is reflected and saved automatically.
