Getting Started
The platform is based on three main entities working seamlessly together: Companies, Contacts, and Orders.
Companies
These are the assets being traded, such as SpaceX and Databricks.
Contacts
This is the CRM part of our management platform, where you securely store data for buyers, sellers, partners, and service providers. Your data is protected with advanced encryption, ensuring that even we, the platform owner, cannot access it.
Orders
This is where you place buy and sell indications. Every order must be linked to a specific company and a specific contact.
Order's Optional Data Points
- Volume
- Price (stored as price per share or valuation-based)
- Share class
- Structure
- Your relationship with the buyer or seller (e.g., first-hand, second-hand, etc.)
- Indication type: firm (serious) or exploratory (non-committed)
- If introduced to this order by someone
Marketplace Integration
Since our management platform is integrated into a live marketplace, you can define the order as:
- Open – Visible to everyone in the marketplace (buyer/seller identity remains anonymous).
- Hidden – Only visible to you.
Finding a Match
Once an order is placed, you can check for an existing counterpart within your network or a third-party order from another broker.
Other brokers’ orders disclose all details except for the buyer or seller's identity.
Order Connections
If you find a potential match, simply press "Connect". The other broker will receive a notification about the potential match.
Upon confirmation, the platform automatically connects both brokers, allowing them to engage in a direct dialogue to assess the opportunity.
Tracking Your Requests
"Orders Connection" page displays all connection requests, both sent and received, for easy tracking.
